the Bear SG wtf is "rules of engagement" ? some kind of consultant BS which means nothing and no one can figure out wtf they are talking about.. and we're supposed to give "rules of engagement with our strategic partners" ? what.. the.. *@#&.. do.. those.. asswipes.. want???
